Well tomorrow is the day that I will be handing in my dissertation which means that I will be one step closer to finishing my degree, however there is a slight problem I STILL HAVEN’T FINISHED IT! I’m sat with the laptop on my lap (hence why it is called a laptop) with the files opened to do it but I just cannot be motivated. I think sub-consciously I know that if I finish it I will be one step closer to finishing my degree and at the moment I don’t wanna let it go. If I do that means that I will be one step closer to being in charge of a classroom full of rowdy teenagers and at present i don’t know if I’m ready. I know I’ll enjoy it when I start doing it but at the moment it is a little daunting and I don’t wanna give up my years of independents. Well had better go and get this study finished so that I don’t end up failing my degree and not making it to Warwick to start my PGCE.

Suppose I should turn One Tree Hill off and get the work done…not! Life without One Tree Hill and all of the hotties (the boys not the girls although they are pretty but definitely the wrong sex for me!) would be impossible, ive nearly watched the first 3 series on DVD in one week!

Well I have just completed yet another assignment, only three more assignments, one exam and an independent study to go and then University is over! That sounds so scary, within a few weeks it will be all out of my hands and up to the powers that be to determine my degree class.  Until then though I need to crack on and get the work done to make sure that I get the grade that I deserve.

It sounds so easy but when you sit down to try and do work it is just so hard to know where to begin or what you want to get out of your work. It ends with you just staring into space thinking about what your gonna do in the holiday or “would my shelf look better on that wall rather than this one” and no work seems to be getting done.  Also every time I start to get going with my work either my brother or boyfriend walk in with their guitar and start playing. Don’t get me wrong their both getting really good at playing (They both only started properly playing a few months ago, which I think is amazing) but when I’m sat trying to do my work, with a little background noise from the TV and then a loud guitar playing down my ear I really cannot pay attention and just end up watching the telly or surfing the Internet.

Well must go, got to go get ready for Uni and print of an assignment so that I can proof read it before I hand in a pile of rubbish that answers none of the questions.

I’m sat at my computer in my bedroom looking out the window at the beautiful weather, although the clouds are beginning to cover the sun. I haven’t done much more to my assignment to day and I really cannot be bother, I’ve work in an hour so I should really think about getting my uniform on and sorting out my hair. I work in a pub as a waitress and have been doing this type of job for nearly 4 years now, it pays from all the clothes, phones and car that I have while I’m at Uni.

Well purpose of this blog was just to say how nice the weather is and that I cannot believe that it is meant to snow in the next few days! Bring on the  summer I say, didn’t get to see much if the last one so I’m looking forward to just sitting in the sun day in day out throughout the whole of this one.

Don’t worry about my assignment i’ll get it done to night after I finish work. I do my best work at night (I’m more of a night person than a day, I like my lie-in’s) and anyway my boyfriends going out for ST Paddy’s night so he won’t be back till late meaning I can watch CSI without him being cross.

I know what your thinking how can I talk about Comic Relief and Uni work in the same blog, its sacrilege, but hear me out. I have an assignment to be handed in on Tuesday, however i’m sat here in my living room, the telly is on BBC 1 and Comic Relief is playing. Yes you have guessed the work has stopped and i’m know watching top gear of the pops and as usual i’m laughing my head off. Cannot wait to see the rest of the Apprentice to night. The Vicar of Dibley was on earlier and it was amazing, so sad to see it’s the last one ever.

The one thing i really cannot wait to see is Chris Moyles, he is so funny and i love him loads. He has made me laugh so much all week with the talk of Red Nose Karaoke on the radio that i would just love to see what they have been getting up to.Well gonna go and watch the telly know, might wirte back later or might just get into bed with Moyles (that his autobiography not the actual Chris Moyles) and wait for my boyfreind to come back from work.
